Scout works with a lot of local restaurants to get the word out about the cool and delicious things they’re doing, but they couldn’t do what they do without access to awesome ingredients. The Nutcracker
1.25oz Queensborough gin
.75oz Wayward depth charge cacao & coffee bean liqueur
2 dashes Scrappys chocolate bitters
1oz demerrura sugarSons of Vancouver Amaretto whip cream
Shaved nutmeg
In a large cocktail glass
Combine all ingredients in shaker, add ice, and hard shake. Strain into Nick n Nora cocktail glass. Layer amaretto whip cream on top. Garnish with shaved nutmeg dusting.
