Yuwa Details December’s Feature Dishes, Announces New Year’s Eve Plans

The GOODS from Yuwa

Vancouver, BC | In Japan, the commemoration of the New Year (known as ‘Oshogatsu’) is more than just a turn of the calendar — it is the single-most important holiday of the year. It represents a time for families to gather together and not only mark the year gone by but also honour ancestors and take part in time-honoured traditions that celebrate the year to come.

In that same spirit, we invite all our friends to join us on Tuesday, December 31 and say ‘Yoi otoshi o!’ as we prepare for the New Year by featuring our regular nightly menu. Designed by Chef Masahiro Omori, our seasonal menus showcase an ever-changing selection of the freshest, hand-picked cuts of sashimi, sushi and seafood available, elegantly presented in an unforgettable feast for the senses.

From our entire Yuwa family to yours, we wish you a very happy holiday season and hope to see you in the New Year!
