Bishops Appoints Kai Leitner as New Executive Chef, Announces Special Duck Dinners

The GOODS from Bishop’s

Vancouver, BC | Bishop’s is pleased to announce the appointment of Kai Leitner as Executive Chef effective immediately.

“This appointment shouldn’t come as a surprise” say John Bishop “Chef Kai’s culinary prowess speaks for itself and I’m well know to source locally, and Kai was born and bred right here in Vancouver.”

“I was drawn into the kitchen at a young age” says Chef Kai. “Being dyslexic, my early education was very difficult, but when my grandmother welcomed me into her kitchen, I learned I could cook from the heart and leave the headache outside.”

Chef Kai will be introducing a succulent 3-course $100 duck dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings; making the best use of Mr. Bishop’s prized silver-plated duck press; an amazing culinary treat for family and friends.

Weekday walk-ins are welcomed, weekend reservations are recommended. Book online with OpenTable or by phone at 604-738-2025
