Cibo Trattoria, UVA to Scare Up Week-Long Series of Halloween Food, Drink Features

Vancouver, BC | The team at Cibo Trattoria and UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar are stirring up a cauldron of Halloween-themed food and drink specials at the downtown destinations, offered exclusively from Friday, October 25 through Thursday, October 31 in addition to the restaurant’s regular nightly menu.

Executive Chef Curtis Luk’s Halloween menu gets in the spirit of the season with three devilishly delicious dishes such as Pan-roasted Veal Sweetbreads, Kraken Cioppino and Sweet Chocolate and Blood Pudding Cake, available to order à la carte or as a three-course prix-fixe menu.

Meanwhile, UVA Wine & Cocktail Bar Manager Wyeth Maiers will summon up the spirits by featuring a special ‘Graveyard Flip’ cocktail that mingles Evan Williams bourbon, Fernet Branca, a splash of Laphroaig 10 year old single malt whisky, lemon juice, maple syrup and bitters for a bloody good libation.
