Following adventure-filled summers, life gets a little busier during daylight hours, and a little slower in the evenings with game nights and friends after the sun has gone down. The Hazy Mixed Pack is made up of 3 x Dry-Hopped Hazy Sour Double IPA’s and 3 x Tropical Pale Ale’s – meant to be enjoyed and shared!
Dry-Hopped Hazy Sour Double IPA | This sour and juicy beer was aggressively dry-hopped, giving it loads of flavour without the bitterness. Strong and hazy, this concoction was soured with our house lacto culture and fermented with Brett Trois to even further pump up the juiciness of this wild hybrid. | ABV: 7.5% IBU: 22
Tropical Hazy Pale Ale | This wheat and oat-based Hazy Pale Ale features Mosaic, Amarillo and Vic Secret hops which lend their topical fruit and citrus notes. We then added a touch of pineapple to complement the tropical flavours of the hops. Session-able yet complex, this Hazy Pale Ale is ready for fall firesides with friends. | ABV 5.6% | IBU 20
