Vancouver, BC | Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio is marking the October 1 occasion of International Sake Day by announcing it will welcome two esteemed sake producers to its False Creek location for an exclusive Yoshida Shuzo + Tenzan Sake Dinner on Monday, October 28.

Shichida and Yoshida — who carry the torch of family tradition as fifth-generation caretakers at their respective breweries — will showcase an array of their sakes and speak to the history and unique production techniques at both breweries while guests enjoy an intimate, six-course feast featuring Executive Chef Ricardo Valverde’s signature style of Peruvian-meets-Japanese Nikkei cuisine.
