We are currently looking for a creative and passionate person to join our team as Head Baker. This is a full-time position and will be mostly early morning shifts, wages are competitive and based on experience.

Qualities we are looking for:
– Self-motivated and reliable candidate
– Positive personality
– Can take and give direction well (like to teach)
– Calm under pressure

Skills/Requirements:
– Must have a minimum 1 year experience working in a professional kitchen
– Formal Culinary training. Food Safe Certification.
– Must be able to work early mornings
– Must have good organizational skills
– Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
– Recipe development and ordering experience essential
– Experience working with chocolate is an asset
– Food costing experience is a bonus but not mandatory

We are also looking for a person to join our team as Lead Barista! This is a full-time position Tuesday-Saturday.

– 1 Year minimum in similar position
– Dialing in espresso
– Making espresso-based drinks & latte art
– Ability to keep work area clean, follow food compliance with food safety regulations
– Great customer service/engagement
– Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
– Opening/Closing duties
– Handling of cash
– Have food safe certificate
