The GOODS from El Santo
New Westminster, BC | The good folks of El Santo have been cooking up a little Sunday fun, and they’d love you to come visit them in the Royal City for inspired contemporary Latin cuisine, local craft beer and creative cocktail pairings.
Veteran Bartender Jay Jones calls New West home, as does award-winning El Santo restaurant. Together, they are happy to announce that starting this Sunday, August 25th, Executive Chef Sam Fabbro and Jay are collaborating and hosting ‘Sam & Jay Sundays’ on the last Sunday night of every month.
Each night will feature dishes by Sam, paired with cocktails by Jay along with the launch of a feature seasonal beer from a great local brewery. This inaugural Sunday is in partnership with New West’s own Steel & Oak Brewing Co. as well as Campo de Encanto, featuring the seasonal launch of ‘Catamaran’ India Pale Ale, and Campo de Encanto’s ‘Grand & Noble’ Pisco cocktails.
Not a ticketed event, and no set arrival time. Do the full 3-course tasting of food and cocktail pairings, or pick and choose individual dishes or drinks to enjoy. Stay all night or just pop in with full regular menus available.
