Wildebeest Showcases Seasonal Focus With Farmers’ Harvest Menu, Sept. 5-18

The GOODS from Wildebeest

Vancouver, BC | Wildebeest will continue showcasing its ever-growing family of farm providers across the province when it debuts a Farmers’ Harvest Menu available exclusively at the Gastown hotspot from September 5 to 18.

Underscoring Chef Ian McHale’s focus on working closely with farms throughout the province, the inspiration and ingredients for the Farmers’ Harvest menu are provided by such partners as Delta’s Cropthorne Farm, Richmond’s Cherry Lane Farm, Vancouver’s Sole Food Street Farms, Pemberton’s North Arm Farm, Cawston’s Klippers Organics, Fraser Valley’s Tesfa Farms, Kelowna’s Unearthed Fine Veggies & Herbs, Aldergrove’s Glorious Organics and Salt Spring Island’s Foxglove Farm.

A family style tasting experience meant to be shared by the entire table, the Farmers’ Harvest menu consists of five vegetable-forward dishes and is available for $60 per person plus tax and gratuity, with optional beverage pairings by Bar Manager Alex Black and Wine Director Christina Hartigan available for $32 per person. The feature menu is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis in addition to Wildebeest’s regular nightly menu.
