Vancouver, BC | Burdock & Co celebrates Pride Vancouver with a special themed edition of their ever-popular Monday night Disco Dumplings. Sashay over to the beloved Main Street eatery and enjoy decadent dumplings made fresh in-house by award-winning Chef Andrea Carlson and her culinary team. Hungry diners can look forward to various seasonal dumplings, such as goat Camembert stuffed morels, and classic Pork and Burdock. The restaurant’s staple fried chicken with dill pickle mayo will make its regular appearance on the menu, along with fresh salads including charred corn and stone fruit. Of course, lots of craft beer and natural wine specials will be on offer, and two guest DJ’s will set the mood with Pride classics all while guests mix and mingle under the disco ball’s flickering rainbow reflection.
