Menu Revealed for AnnaLena’s Upcoming 80’s-Themed Feasts

the GOODS from Annalena

Vancouver, BC | AnnaLena’s Dinner Series returns for the second volume on Tuesday, August 6th and Wednesday, August 7th. Join the team for AnnaLena Dinner Series #002, a seven course modern picnic, with Bohemian interior decor, complemented by a killer 80’s playlist full of hits inspired by the Roland 808 drum machine playing in the background all night. For the second event, the team’s influence comes from essential summer picnics and the bounty of produce coming from local BC farms; fruits, vegetables and crisp wines.

Old friend and former Bar Manager, Kevin Brownlee, now Bacardi Portfolio Ambassador, will be back at the Kitsilano locale putting together a curated list of fun cocktails that pairs perfectly with the picnic and 80s themed night. Okanagan wines from Nichol Vineyards & Lock & Worth will be featured alongside the seven course menu.

Each month Executive Chef Michael Robbins and the AnnaLena team transforms the restaurant and whisks diners on a sensory journey by creating a tasting menu focused around a specific theme, elevated by decor, table settings, and service style. AnnaLena Dinner Series 001: Osteria Super Mario on July 2nd and 3rd was a huge sell out success and featured a seven course modern Italian dinner, with nostalgic touches from the console diners grew up playing.

Tickets for AnnaLena Dinner Series #002: 808s & Picnic Plates are $119 per person and includes the seven course tasting menu (see below), amuse and petit fours (taxes and service charges not included). Reservations can be made here.
