The GOODS from Pidgin

Vancouver, BC | This Sunday, June 30th, PiDGiN will be up in Rossland to throw down at A Mountain Wine Festival, hosted by Red Teeth and The Josie Hotel. This four-day festival will feature incredible BC wineries, chefs, live music, and much more to celebrate the province’s wine and food culture, as well as Canada’s 152nd birthday.

PiDGiN’s Executive Chef Wesley Young will be collaborating with The Velvet’s Executive Chef, Marc-André Choquette (known in Vancouver for his time at Lumière and Tableau), to create an incredible array of French and Asian flavours with beautiful pairings to compliment. Sommeliers and winery hosts will be around to curate the perfect pairings while sharing their wine knowledge with the guests.
