The GOODS from Origo Club
Richmond, BC | The team at Origo Club will toast its first anniversary in signature French style when the Richmond restaurant, café and art gallery marks the occasion with a special table d’hôte menu available for $59 per person from July 16 to 20.
With choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert, Head Chef David Pan’s three-course menu includes such dishes as bouillabaisse (clams, mussels, sea bass, lobster saffron sauce, chili aioli, garlic toast), magret de canard (five-spice duck breast, ginger bok choy, tarragon purée) and filet mignon de boeuf (beef tenderloin, asparagus, mushroom purée, sherry jus).
Optional wine pairings selected by Restaurant Director/Sommelier Melanie Gravel will also be on offer as well as the feature Dalmore Sherry Twist cocktail, a sweet-and-smoky libation mingling The Dalmore 12-year-old Scotch whisky with oloroso sherry and bitters and garnished with a burnt orange twist for $11.
