Chinatown’s Juniper Kicks Off ‘Negroni Week’ with Negroni-Inspired Desserts and Drinks


Vancouver, BC | This Negroni Week (June 24th – 30th), indulge in the classic Italian cocktail in several iterations from Chinatown’s Juniper Kitchen & Bar. Outdoing himself yet again, Bar Manager Gareth Jones has stepped it up a notch from last year’s Negroni Board by teaming up with Executive Chef Warren Chow to offer two stunning Negroni-inspired desserts alongside three cocktails. These desserts and drinks are available only during Negroni Week (with the exception of the Top Shelf Negroni, which is available year-round). Juniper is a proud participant of Negroni Week, and is excited to showcase the classic Negroni in several new and exciting ways.

From the Bar:

Top Shelf Negroni – any one of Juniper’s selection of premium gins, paired with a premium sweet vermouth

White Negroni – watermelon-infused Tanqueray gin, Cocchi Rosa, Aperol, Campari, orange bitters

What’s the Story – Empress 1908 gin, Campari, strawberry Thai chili calamansi shrub, orange juice, strawberry bitters, prosecco

From the Kitchen:

Negroni Sundae – negroni ice cream, blood orange blondie bites, vermouth jellies, chocolate pearls, candied orange peel, campari caramel

Negroni Cheesecake – vermouth & graham cracker crust, campari raspberry gel, gin syrup-soaked rhubarb, candied pecans, lemon balm
