Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s Sunday Seafood Boil Series Returns June 30

GOODS from Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar

Vancouver, BC | Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will celebrate its fifth anniversary throughout the summer when the award-winning downtown restaurant brings back its perennially sold-out series of al-fresco Seafood Boils taking place on its outdoor patio every Sunday from June 30 until August 25.

Boulevard Executive Chef Roger Ma and his culinary team will cast their net to haul in a bounty of fresh-caught lobster, jumbo prawns, clams, mussels and Dungeness crab, all served in traditional East Coast-style, piled high on butcher’s paper and executed with the restaurant’s signature style and finesse.

Tickets to each event, which begins with a reception at 6 p.m. featuring glasses of Haywire ‘The Bub’ sparkling wine and ends with Executive Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi’s powdered Beignets à la Café du Monde, are $68 per person plus tax and gratuity.
