Vancouver, BC | There’s another Flourist Pop-Up Shop coming this weekend! While the construction team at Flourist is hard at work building their new mill + bakery opening at 3433 Commercial Street this summer, they are hosting another one of their popular Pop-Up Shops at Di Beppe Restaurant this Saturday, May 25th from 12PM – 4PM.

Online pre-orders for bread, flour and dry goods are now open!

What can you expect at the Pop-Up?

Pick up Flourist’s signature freshly baked sourdough bread, delicious baked treats (including their legendary cookies and savoury galettes), and shop from their selection of freshly milled flours and whole grains and beans.

You can even bring a jar to take home some of sourdough starter as a gift with purchase; browse their extensive sourdough recipe archive for recipes and resources to achieve all of your bread baking aspirations.

To shop Flourist’s full selection of freshly milled flours, they recommend pre-ordering to get exactly what you want. Can’t pre-order? No problem — Fourist offers their two best selling flours in bulk the day of the pop-up. If you want to buy in bulk, feel free to bring your own packaging too!

They’ll be at Di Beppe Saturday, May 25th at 8 West Cordova Street.
