Restaurant Chef Brent Lukoni, Sous Chef Dylan Padgett and Managing Partner/Head Chef Scott Swanson engaged the entire kitchen brigade to come up with a collaborative menu focusing on fresh, local ingredients from some of BC’s best producers.
