The GOODS From The Cascade Room

Vancouver, BC | The Cascade Room has an exciting opportunity for a Jr Sous Chef to join our team. We are an award winning gastro pub & cocktail bar in the heart of Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. We use local suppliers and farms and change our menu seasonally as well as offering daily features. We encourage promotion from within, whenever possible and promote flexibility with shifts so our staff can enjoy time away from work. We are heavily involved with our neighbourhood as well as taking part in city wide events and competitions. This year we participated in Swine Out Vancouver, Vancouver Curry Cup (2019 champions) and many charity events.

This position would suit someone with at least 3 years experience in a busy restaurant wanting to move into a leadership role or a CDP looking to step up. Collaboration with features and menu development is encouraged.
