Situated in the 90-year-old Settlement Building alongside brother and sister brands, Postmark Brewing and Vancouver Urban Winery, Belgard Kitchen strives to deliver the most unique restaurant experience in the city! With about 75 seats and unique, ever-evolving menus for lunch, brunch, dinner and private catering, Belgard Kitchen aims to cater to a wide range of clientele. YOU:

Dynamic leader, people developer, and a lover of food and beverage. Fun, energetic leader with a proven track record of driving a kitchen team to be profitable. The ability to challenge, motivate, and teach the kitchen team to improve their culinary prowess. A self-motivated cook looking to expand their own knowledge and grow as a Chef. Ideally, you will able to provide an example of people and dishes you’ve developed in your career.

US:

Our group began as Vancouver Urban Winery which evolved into Belgard Kitchen and Postmark Brewing. We added Havana to our portfolio in late 2017 and are working on our next restaurant venture as we speak. Our businesses are growing and we’d love to add someone great to the family.

ROLE:

Hiring, training, and developing cooks, working with Chef to create new menu items, ordering and building relationships with multiple suppliers, adjusting prep and order guides to be continuously profitable, working within and exceeding health and safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $32,000.00 to $42,000.00 /year
