No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews Dinners Sell Out in Minutes (So Be Ready for the Next One)

Vancouver, BC | On Tuesday, March 19th, Chef Lee Cooper will be hosting 3 Michelin-starred Chef Kyle Connaughton of SingleThread in Sonoma, California for an intimate 8-seat dining experience at No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews in support of the BC Hospitality Foundation.

If diners missed out on a seat at one of the city’s most exclusive dining experiences, those who had signed up for announcements about the program were invited to dine with at L’Abattoir for ‘A Taste of No. 1 Gaoler’s Mews‘ on Wednesday, March 20th and Thursday, March 21st for a five course menu inspired by the exclusive event taking place on March 19th. Seats were limited and the additional events sold-out within minutes of being released but the team are already looking forward to the next event that will take place on Friday, August 9th.

ABOUT L’ABATTOIR | Located in the heart of historic Gastown since 2010, L’Abattoir is situated in a refurbished 19th­ Century heritage brick ­and­ beam building that pays homage to its history as the site of Vancouver’s first jail in the city’s main meat­packing district.
