Boulevard to Host Special Paella Feast

Vancouver, BC | The all-star culinary team at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will conjure up the flavours of one of Spain’s most iconic dishes when it hosts a one-night-only Paella Dinner in its elegant downtown dining room on Sunday, March 31.

Beginning with a reception at 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a glass of Boulevard’s house sangria followed by a three-course dinner with the restaurant’s Spanish-inspired West Coast Paella — comprising a bounty of Pacific octopus, local clams and mussels, prawns and chorizo sofrito simmered in a saffron and shellfish stock — as the centerpiece.

A limited number of tickets to the communal, family style dinner are available for $68 per person plus tax and gratuity, and an array of select Spanish wine pairings handpicked by Restaurant/Wine Director JP Potters will also be available by the glass or bottle in addition to pitchers of sangria for an additional charge.
