Gotham Celebrates International Women’s Week With Special ‘Mother of Dragons’ Cocktail

the GOODS from Gotham Steakhouse & Bar

Vancouver, BC | In celebration of International Women’s Week, Gotham Steakhouse & Bar is offering a special cocktail, and donating proceeds to a local charity. Created by bartender Carolyn Yu, Mother of Dragons is a fiery blend of Hennessy VS Cognac, Cynar, Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate Bitters, and housemade Dragon’s Tears tea.

Gotham is proud to share proceeds from this special promotion with The Pacific Immigrant Resources Society, a charity that helps refugee and immigrant women and young children settle in Canada by providing community engagement opportunities, ESL lessons and affordable childcare. $1 from each cocktail sold until March 10th will be donated to PIRS.

In addition to taking part in this International Women’s Week celebration, Carolyn recently finished in second place in the Vancouver Speed Rack women-only bartending competition. She is proud and excited to represent Vancouver in the upcoming national finals this May in Montreal.

Visit Gotham Steakhouse & Bar until March 10th to enjoy a Mother of Dragons, and support a fantastic local charity while enjoying this delicious, original creation.
