Cooks | Miradoro Restaurant at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards is hiring Cooks to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. We are hiring all levels of experience.

Candidates should have fine dining kitchen experience, and have food safe level one. Culinary school is an asset. A good grasp of current culinary techniques is also an asset. Most importantly, you should be driven to succeed and passionate about food.

Servers & Assistants | To provide our guests with efficient and friendly food and beverage service while following the policies and procedures of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prompt table greeting.
Learn and maintain knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Table service for guests (taking orders, answering menu and beverage inquiries, explaining daily features, placing orders with kitchen.)
Running food to tables.
Quality checks.
Processing bills and taking payment.
Handling guest concerns with the support of the management team.
