Vancouver, BC | The team at Como is beyond excited to announce the hiring of our new General Manager, Nico Papanikolaou. Starting his restaurant career at a very young age Nico worked his way up through the ranks in some of Edmonton’s best spots. Since moving to Vancouver five years ago, he has worked at such reputable establishments as L’Abattoir, Crowbar and Coquille.
“Nico has the same passion for food, drink, and hospitality as our crew.” says Como co-owner Shaun Layton. “He hit the ground running when we brought him on board him last month, and we are delighted to have people like Nico on our team. We are already planning a trip to Spain with him, so he can further his knowledge and passion for Spanish cuisine.”
