Vancouver, BC | Fanny Bay Oyster Bar and Seafood Market is seeking a well-rounded and ambitious individual for the position of General Manager. Reporting to the VP of Taylor Shellfish Canada, the General Manager works with both Front of House and Back of House teams to deliver year-over-year financial growth and a world-class guest experience.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all restaurant operations (FOH, BOH), innovating with creative ideas to integrate into our values of quality, sustainability, and locality. The core of our program will always be fresh seafood with beautifully paired beer, wine, and spirits.


Minimum 3+ years of Front of House leadership experience including strong communication skills & a commitment to teamwork. Back of House experience is an asset.

Seafood knowledge, particularly shellfish is preferred however not essential. Training is provided by experienced industry professionals through our program with proprietary literature and hands-on experience at our farms/facilities.
