Massive Consignment Warehouse Sale Going Down in Strathcona This Week

Screenshot via the Archive website

The first ever Archive consignment warehouse sale is going down at Strathcona’s new co-working spot, Werklab, on November 2nd and 3rd. Archive is a new, environmentally responsible retail concept created by two stylish and forward-thinking Vancouver women. They’ve accumulated a selection of unworn and like-new designer duds from local closets, priced from $1 to $250.

If you want to get a head start on snagging the goodies while also learning more about the sustainable shopping model and mingling with fellow fashion-lovers, you can pay $25 to gain access to the Friday “VIP” event (5 – 9pm). There’s also a $10 “Early Access” option on the Saturday morning. Alternatively, you can bank that extra hour of sleep and put the cash towards your new wardrobe by rolling into the beautiful Werklab space between 11am and 5pm to spend the day shopping at your leisure. Just don’t forget to BYO-bags! For more details and to RSVP, head over to the Eventbrite page.

Since a single person (and liver) can only handle so many beers and beer-drinking celebrations, some prioritizing is in order. Topping off our list of events is the imminent (and, in our opinion, non-negotiable) Vancouver Brewers Fest.
