Celebrated Chefs Pino Posteraro and Antonio Park to Join Forces for Special Dinner

The GOODS from Cioppino’s

Vancouver, BC | Award-winning chef Pino Posteraro of Cioppino’s welcomes Montreal chef and Chopped Canada judge, Antonio Park for a luxurious Italian meets South American collaboration as part of the 2018 EAT! Vancouver Food + Cooking Festival on Thursday, November 8th.

Antonio Park is known for his flagship restaurants, Park and Lavanderia, both based in Montreal. Raised by Korean parents in Argentina, Paraguay and Brazil, Antonio Park has an eclectic foundation influenced by his mother’s from-scratch cooking. Park opened his first restaurant, Park, in 2012. The menu was influenced by Japanese cuisine with a twist of South American and Korean culture. Park’s second restaurant, Lavanderia, was inspired by his childhood in South America. Chef Posteraro and Chef Park have been friends for several years. This will be their first time presenting a dinner together and a unique opportunity to taste cuisine from two of the Canada’s most notable chefs.

The 2018 EAT! Vancouver takes place from November 5-10 and features culinary collaborations between award-winning chefs across Canada and the United States. Tickets to the November 8th dinner are $225 per person plus tax. Tickets are available for purchase online at https://eatvancouver.tix123.com.
