Vancouver, BC | On Monday, October 22, Burdock & Co is teaming up with the award-winning Mak N Ming for a special edition of Disco Dumplings, stuffed with decadent dumplings, a disco ball and a guest DJ spinning vinyl. Guests can mix and mingle, eat their fill of delicate west coast dumplings, and drink discounted beer and wine as they groove the evening away under the glittering disco ball.

The collaborative happy hour starts at 8pm and is first come, first serve, so quickly hurry after work or else catch yourself in the cold. Regular dinner reservations are accepted on Mondays from 5pm until 6:30pm.

Burdock & Co Disco Dumplings | Burdock & Co celebrates the start of the week with “Disco Dumplings,”a weekly series every Monday evening that features an ever-rotating savoury dumpling menu, DJ Chris Allen spinning vinyl, and a flashy disco ball setting the mood. Plates at $10, guests can choose from an assortment of decadent dumplings, including nettle and ricotta with wild greens; and pork and burdock with charred chili sauce. The restaurant’s famous fried chicken will also be on offer, along with a selection of beer and wine sold at happy hour prices.
