Vancouver, BC | Juniper Kitchen & Bar will be hosting a New York City Inspired cocktail event that you can’t miss. Max Borrowman has created six New York City inspired cocktails drawn from his latest experience in the city that never sleeps. The cocktails are made with a mix of local and exotic ingredients to bring you a bit of New York with a Cascadian touch. They are inspired by bars such as Amor y Amargo, Death & Co. and Maison Premiere to name a few. Chef Warren Chow will be creating some special New York City inspired appetizers and small dishes to enjoy with the cocktails.
