The Ellis Building | Built in 1907, the Ellis Building is a 10,000 sq ft historic gem in East Vancouver. Thanks to Ezra Kish & Morgan Ellis (The Cobalt & The Boxcar) this amazing space has been transformed into one of the most unique arts & culture venues in the city. Over the past two years the Ellis Building has been home to the Flea, artists studios and showrooms, workshops, art shows, parties, and more. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to call home and host our markets!

Accessibility | Some areas of the Ellis Building are not yet wheelchair accessible. We’re hoping to resolve this soon and apologize for any inconvenience. Aproximately 3/4 of the market is accessible via wheelchair, including washrooms, outdoor courtyard, main market area, and majority of artist studio shops.

The Eastside Flea is held on the unceded and ancestral territories of the Musqueam), Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations. As we host events, we acknowledge the historical and ongoing colonial genocide against Indigenous peoples, as it is their lands that make it possible for us to be here as occupiers.
