– Delivering a high-quality customer experience with a hands-on approach
– Leading the retail team through all aspects of store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, store flips, recruiting, product knowledge and floor management
– Developing a pipeline of talent
– Growing market share through community presence and local brand partnerships
– Connecting to and participating in the athletic community
– Strategizing to achieve sales goals
– Collaborating with the Retail Operations team on building training, policy and operations
– Creating a healthy, respectful and collaborative environment
– Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail and apparel industries
Must Haves | Lives the culture of Reigning Champ brand and intimate knowledge of our products and history; 3-4 years of retail management experience leading teams in a high growth environment; positive and collaborative; hardworking, dynamic and interested in people; acts with integrity and professionalism; highly organized multi-tasker with great problem-solving skills; coachable and actively developing yourself.
Nice to Have | Post-secondary education; second language.
