The Juicery Co. and Westcoast Poké Team Up for Healthy Meal Combo

The GOODS from The Juicery Co.

Vancouver, BC | Local restaurants The Juicery Co. and Westcoast Poké are teaming up to offer Vancouver a healthy meal combo. This nutritious collaboration is not just good for you, it’s delicious too. The collaboration will showcase vegan tuna poké bowls and organic cold-pressed juices.

Alex Troll, co-owner of the Juicery Co., and Zachary Cho, co-owner of Westcoast Poké (who happen to be old friends) are both involved in the health-focused restaurant community, so it only made sense that they decided to work together…naturally.

“We love what Westcoast Poké is doing with fresh ingredients,”Alex says. “It echoes our commitment to quality ingredients in our organic cold-pressed juices, and we’re particularly excited to be the first to partner with Westcoast Poké to feature their vegan tuna, Ahimi.”

The Juicery Co. will create a vibrant, nutrient-rich poké bowl showcasing Ahimi (which will be aptly named “Westcoast”). The bowl will be a “guest” on Westcoast Poké’s “Classic Bowls” roster. To complement the vegan bowl, Westcoast Poké will be carrying a three of Juicery Co. juices (Pacific, Tumeric Tonic, and Lemonade). The new poké bowl will also be available at all three Juicery locations.

“I’ve watched Alex successfully grow her company to three stores,” Zachary says, adding that “she’s a great evangelist for healthy eating, so I’m very excited that we are pairing up.”

Beginning February 1, 2018 and for the month of February, Westcoast Poké will be offering a special health deal. For just $18 diners can enjoy the “Westcoast” bowl paired with a 250ml cold-pressed juice.
