We are specifically looking for full time Sous Chef. We appreciate individuality and people who bring more to the table than just experience. You will be working alongside our French Chef, so creativity and curiosity are required.


You will act as a mentor and lead the kitchen staff
You will be in charge or ordering produce
Create daily tapas with the chef and the team
Assist in receiving and managing raw food products
Prepare stations for use including cleanliness
Complete daily prep lists to standard
Prepare all menu items for dinner service
Ability to work both cold and hot stations
Clean, close, reset kitchen at end of service

Job Requirements:

You have great communication skills
You have the ability to lead a team
You are creative
You have common sense
You are passionate
Two years cooking experience as a manager or Sous Chef
Knowledge of Spanish cooking is an asset but not required
Some culinary education
