The Arbor Celebrating First Milestone on Main Street This Week

The GOODS from The Arbor

Vancouver, BC | The Arbor is celebrating its first trip around the sun with a vegan birthday cake special all week and an evening of music and drinks on Thursday, December 7th. The evening will include birthday cake, snacks and cheap ass drinks from 9pm to close with records played by Sisters of Midnight (Louise Burns and Jody Glenham). It’s been a wild ride and we want to take this opportunity to thank all our awesome friends, new and old, for their support.

The philosophy behind The Arbor has always been to make the most out of real ingredients in a field all-too-often dominated by processed foods. Vegan and vegetarian comfort food made simple and under one roof. We get ingredients farm fresh whenever possible while keeping prices accessible to everyone in the neighborhood. The Arbor is also a great place to grab some drinks with friends. You’ll always find a small but considered wine list including local and natural selections to suit any palette and a rotating list of beer and cider.

Join us on Thursday, December 7th for a casual celebration starting at 9pm. Regular service will still be offered.

ABOUT THE ARBOR

img_5163

The Arbor is a playful, quick service, two-patio neighbourhood restaurant focused on good times, great drinks and refined indulgences. Its kitchen uses fresh, wild foraged and otherwise real plant-based ingredients to create familiar comfort foods – like the signature Arburger – while its bar program zeroes in on wines, beers and ciders that pair well with a deep fryer. It is the accessible grab-and-go sister/sequel to the award-winning Acorn Restaurant (located on the same block) with the same uncompromising attentions being paid to quality, detail and deliciousness.
