Vancouver, BC | Once again, the talented team of classically trained chefs at Railtown Catering is helping hosts make the most of the holidays by serving up their signature gourmet Turkey To-Go packages, available for pickup or delivery on December 24, 25 and 26.

The popular ready-made festive feasts are suitable for eight to 10 people and include a 16-lb sage-roasted turkey with giblet gravy, stuffing, an array of side dishes, cranberry sauce, rolls and focaccia bread and dessert. Railtown is also offering guests the option of adding on a variety of extra sides, desserts and sauces for larger groups, as well as vegetarian-friendly tofu skewers.

Railtown’s Holiday Turkey To-Go packages are priced at $299 plus tax and come in both ready-to-eat (hot) and ready-to-bake (cold, fully cooked) formats on December 24 and 25 and ready-to-bake only on December 26. Packages are available for pickup at Railtown Cafe at 397 Railway Street in Vancouver or delivery within the Greater Vancouver area for an additional charge.

Once again, Railtown Catering will donate a portion of the proceeds from each package sold to Mission Possible, a non-profit neighbourhood organization that provides street-level care for those with immediate and critical needs in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside.
