Vancouver, BC | Coquille Fine Seafood is in search of an experienced sommelier/beverage manager to help develop, maintain and oversee all matters related to the beverage program. The successful candidate will be a driven, hardworking, team player with a passion for wine, beer and spirits.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

– staff wine education/training
– ordering, receiving and inventory of product (all beverage)
– working on the floor as part of the management team
– development/maintenance/costing of wine list
– demonstrating a professional can-do attitude on a daily basis
– working with general manager to attain (and maintain) service standards and goals
– performing opening/closing duties as required
– helping maintain restaurant cleanliness
