Gently Fizzed ‘Ri-Kyu’ Kombucha Cocktail At Grapes & Soda

Leave it to Grapes & Soda barman Satoshi Yonemori to make his own kombucha, throw it in a cocktail and create something delightful! Served over an ice cube made of butterfly pea flower, the “Ri-Kyu” is a perfectly refreshing springtime sipper that takes on a purplish hue as the ice melts. Flavours of gin combined with caraway, grapefruit juice, white vermouth, Cocchi Americano, result in a light yet complex cocktail with a touch of effervescence from the kombucha.
