Vancouver, BC | CinCin Restaurant is looking for experienced individuals to join the team as Line Cooks. Candidates will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced kitchen team with a passion for Italian style cuisine. CinCin Restaurant offers the opportunity to work with unique Grillworks wood burning equipment and develop both primal and modern cooking techniques using exceptional seasonal products.
The ideal candidate is team-oriented, motivated, energetic and works well under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience and qualifications:
· Experience cooking on the line in a busy restaurant, preferably one year.
· Fundamental knowledge of cooking techniques and basic knife skills.
· Fundamental product knowledge.
A uniform is provided and a benefits program is available after the successful completion of three months’ employment.

About CinCin Ristorante
A winding stone staircase leads upward from bustling Robson Street to this celebrated Vancouver dining room, recognized for its contemporary, Italian inspired menu and award-winning wine cellar. The elegant marble bar is a central feature, accented by stone walls hung with original artworks, and punctuated with tall arched windows that open onto a secluded terrace.
