Collaborative, Spirited Feast To Pair Odd Society & Campagnolo Roma On Jan. 11th

Vancouver, BC | On January 11th, 2017 Campagnolo ROMA will be pairing up with Odd Society Spirits to host a very special evening. Chef Jesse McMillan will be serving up six courses based on the hearty, rustic winter cuisine of Rome while cocktail pairings will be designed using spirits from Odd Society. Menu and details below:

MENU

Oyster – oaked mignionette

Winter Squash Salad – pumpkin seed vinaigrette, scamorza

Charred Cabbage – bollito misto, brassica brodo, sourdough bread

Squab – grilled radicchio, anchovy, squab jus

Goat’s Milk Custard – brown butter, peach, lovage

Baked Apple – pie crust, smoked anglaise

Roma is open seven days a week serving dinner from 5pm – 10pm and lunch from 11:30am – 2:30pm, and weekend brunch from 10:30am – 2:30pm. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis with reservations only taken for parties of eight or more dining with one of ROMA’s alla famiglia group menus.

Located in the old Italian district of Vancouver’s East Village, Campagnolo ROMA serves rustic dishes inspired by the classics of Rome. The menu is simple, focusing on antipasti, pasta and pizza complemented by an extensive features board showcasing the freshest seasonal ingredients available.
