The GOODS from Espana

Vancouver, BC | We are looking for experienced line cooks, garde manger cooks and prep cooks to join our team. Espana is a busy Spanish-style Tapas bar that uses great products from both B.C and Spain. We have a menu that changes frequently which enables us to cook seasonally and use the best produce, meats and seafoods offered to us by our many local farmers, suppliers and partners. Our menu takes the best of Spain’s diverse cuisine and its many influences allowing us to have fun with the food. We offer great training, a competitive wage and the chance to really learn how to cook from scratch and become a chef.

For the line cook positions you must have at least two years experience working in good, solid restaurants/hotels and be able to produce good quality food in a very fast paced, busy environment.

For the garde manger and prep cook positions previous experience would be a bonus but we will look at all resumes as long as you are willing to learn and work hard. These positions would suit a recently graduated or currently enrolled culinary student looking for their first step into a professional kitchen.

Please send resumes to neil [at] espanarestaurant.ca. Only suitable applicants will be contacted.
