Vancouver, BC | It’s time to celebrate Mom! Dessert and bubbles in one of the most beautiful rooms in the city is definitely the perfect way to spoil her. Mosquito has launched a deliciously light and simple European-influenced brunch created by Chef Alvarez, including a Serrano & Tomato Sandwich; Tortilla Española with caramelized onion and potato; Wild Mushroom & Poached Eggs with homemade sourdough; and Pain Perdu & Fruits with homemade brioche, vanilla royale and caramel foam. For those wishing to celebrate Mom with a champagne toast, our manager Christopher Allen has designed an interesting selection of Mimosas, all of which you can enjoy every Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 3pm.

Our beautiful 42 seats room is intimate and favourable for a date. Not only for love-birds though, our Gatsby-ish atmosphere is also perfect for after-work drinks with colleagues, a girls night out or any celebration that calls for Champagne!
While our primary focus is Plated Dessert & Bubbles, we also relish serving our guests unique cocktails and savoury snacks as well as Mimosas for brunch on the weekend.
