Vancouver, BC | Bel Café, recently awarded The Georgia Straight Golden Plates winner for ‘Best Hotel Café’, will be ringing in Easter with seasonal delights from Pastry Chef extraordinaire Wayne Kozinko.
Starting this week, Bel Café will once again be offering their fresh, moist and fruity hot cross buns until March 27. Pre-order these Easter favourites and the Bel Café team will have them packaged and ready to go for specified pick-up.
Looking for an elegant dessert to bring to Easter dinner? Bel Café will offer entremets made with white chocolate, Chantilly crème, coconut, ginger and yuzu available from March 21-27. “My top flavours for spring are light and citrusy,” says Pastry Chef Wayne Kozinko. “Easter dinners are often indulgent so I wanted to create a dessert that was bright and balanced.”
