Sneak Peek Of What To Expect At Tomorrow’s 2015 Emily Carr Student Art Sale


Head down to Granville Island this weekend and hit the annual student art sale at Emily Carr. Not only are the walls of the Concourse Gallery packed with photographs, paintings, drawings and prints, but there are also massive tables set up to display ceramics, toys, jewellery and sculptures. This is your chance to swoop in and score original art from talented local artists before they’re “discovered” and their prices climb beyond reach. ECUAD will hold a sneak peek reception today (4:30pm-7pm) that gives art enthusiasts a first look at to 2015 line-up. Tickets are still available and highly recommended (expect live music, cash bar, and many artists in attendance).
