Textile | Slang | A person who is fully clothed. The term is used by nudists at Wreck Beach to denote any person on the beach who isn’t naked. Though it sounds insulting at worst and dismissive at best, it’s really just a benign, easy means of referencing someone who isn’t part of their group.
