Can you imagine being in the kitchen of one of Vancouver’s best chefs’ while they are preparing gourmet creations for you? Wander through Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts’ classroom kitchens and watch some of Vancouver’s best chefs in action. At From Farms to Forks 6, you can sample food prepared by the chefs from West, Tableau Bar Bistro, Burdock and Co., Homer St. Café, Miku, Campagnolo Roma, and Cinara, as well as 10 other spectacular Vancouver restaurants. Each chef will be paired with a local B.C. grower or producer.
