Hard-Working Line Cook Sought By Campagnolo On Main Street

The GOODS from Campagnolo

Vancouver, BC | Campagnolo is looking to hire a hard working line cook at their Main St. location, open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. This award-winning Italian restaurant wants a dedicated individual with a desire to take their cooking to the next level and learn the skills to become a well-rounded chef. Campagnolo makes their own bread, pastries and pastas in their bakery, practices whole animal butchery and produces charcuterie in-house in their butchery.

Tired of seeing a truck with mass produced items pulling up to your place of work and cooking from a bag? Campagnolo follows sustainable sourcing practices — you will actually meet the farmers and learn about their farms and the whole ingredients they produce. If cooking in a busy well-established restaurant interests you, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company that promotes from within. Send your resume – along with a few words about yourself – to Chef de Cuisine Nathan Lowey at nathanrlowey [at] gmail.com.
