Here are two more things that we’d love to see in Vancouver: a fine dining restaurant that combined the elegance of Eleven Madison Park and Noma with the invention of Alinea and El Bulli…a place so Michelin star-worthy and internationally adored that it was widely considered to be the best restaurant on the planet, and a permanent food truck pod – consisting of at least 15 different food trucks – located somewhere on the periphery of downtown.
