Vancouver, BC | Chef Brian Skinner has created a new menu to take full advantage of late summer ingredients. Starting next Thursday (August 14th), we’ll be offering Carrot Gnocchi with a goat cheese mousse, Chanterelle Pappardelle with garlic, corn and basil, and a Vegan Thai Basil Panna Cotta. New signature cocktails such as the “Stoned + Bitter” (rhubarb infused rum, amaro Nonino, Apricot and Bitter Almond Jam with crushed ice) will also be making refreshing appearances.
