West Kelowna, BC | We are seeking experienced, energetic and passionate individuals to join our Pastry Chef as member of our culinary brigade. Available positions range from: Assistant Pastry Chef to Pastry Cook. Successful candidates will assist in executing all aspects of pastry preparation and assist in the development and implementation of the seasonal dessert menus and features. Day and night line positions are available
Applicants should have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position along with the Food Safe Level 1 Certificate. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be capable of working in high pressure situations with the ability to multi task and must be creative and passionate about the culinary arts. Wine and food pairing knowledge is an asset. Previous service experience is an asset.

An all season culinary destination, Old Vines Restaurant & Wine Bar is an exceptional vineyard side location on the slopes of the Boucherie Mountain Bench. Guests are warmly welcomed in our must visit West Kelowna site with expansive and picturesque southern views of Lake Okanagan.
Chef Roger Sleiman offers menus with ingredients sourced from surrounding fields and pastures, our kitchen garden and regional British Columbia farms all paired perfectly with our Estate Wines.
