Vancouver, BC | For many Dads, Father’s Day is the one day of the year when they put the spatula and tongs down and enjoy BBQ cooked by someone else. That’s why, this year, we’re inviting families and fathers to join us our award-winning patio as Executive Chef Simon McNeil will be cooking up a Father’s Day BBQ feast to remember! Chef Simon is a BBQ lover and welcomes any opportunity to fire up the smoker and grill to show off his BBQ recipes. The menu includes:

· Applewood-Smoked Brisket
· Local Pork Shoulder
· Fraser Valley Chicken
· Wood-Fire Grilled Local Salmon.

These delicious, tender meats will be accompanied with signature house made sauces and sides like:

· Old Bridge Lager BBQ Sauce
· Ancho Pesto Sauce
· Carolina Gold Sauce
· Fire Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
· Kettle-cooked Ancho Chili Lime Potato Chips
· Devilled egg potato salad
· Fresh corn on the cob
· Roasted Artichioke & Heirloom Tomatoes.

The Dockside Father’s Day BBQ is just $32.95 per person ($15 for kids 5-12/ excl. tax & gratuity) and includes a signature Dockside Caesar to start, a heaping plate of BBQ and sides, and a delicious Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream and salted Maple Pecans to finish.

About Dockside

The Dockside Restaurant offers superbly prepared classic dishes in a setting like no other. Located on the waterfront where Granville Island faces the city, guests can enjoy panoramic views across False Creek to the world-famous cityscape of Yaletown and beyond to the mountains of the North Shore.
